The apartment is ideal for couples and has a large private Roof Terrace with allocated free parking. The apartment sleeps 2 people. Lift to apartment . Sorry but no smokers or pets.

An interesting quiet location offering 3 rd & 4 th floor tastefully decorated accommodation on the Mediterranean coast. Uninterrupted views from the roof/sun terrace of the Pyrenees, ancient village of Gruissan and the Marina. Dine in the restaurants around the Marina or enjoy a barbecue on the balcony. Wonderful beaches nearby with sporting activities, excellent for walking, cycling and nature watching with historic Carcasonne and Beziers and Narbonne within a short drive away.

The accommodation is on two levels – on the first level there is a well equipped gallery kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, the dinning area leading on to a large balcony with outside dining where there is a barbecue. On this level is the bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.

There is an open plan stair case leading the to second level where there is a spacious bedroom which looks out to the terrace. The lounge area for relaxing overlooks the marina, there is satelitte TV with the facility to play PAL videos and a music centre. From this sitting area is the entrance to the roof terrace with sun lounges for sun bathing.

We have a very efficient agent that welcomes our guests to the apartment and makes sure they are clear about apartment information and is available if she is required during the guests stay. She will check guests out at the end of their holiday.

Had a wonderful week in Gruissan, exellent apartment (especially upstairs) with superb views. We ate out every night, went to the beach every day and spent hours rooming around the harbour.
